United States Domestic Shipping

Unless special shipping arrangements are requested and additional costs are paid, orders under 1 lb are shipped USPS 1st class mail and orders over 1 lb are shipped USPS Priority mail.

United States Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Total Order (Including item names and quantities)
Full Shipping Address (as it should appear on the mailing label)

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping costs will vary based upon what products you order and where you wish to have the order shipped. To place an international order (all destinations outside the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii), email us at info@thewjf.com and include what products you wish to order, the quantities of each product, and the full address you wish to have it shipped to. We will get back to you with the total cost for shipping and instructions on how to make the payment.

International shipments under 2 lbs are shipped USPS first class international and orders over 2 lbs are shipped USPS International Priority. Additional shipping rates apply.

When shipping internationally, we are required to fill out a customs declaration form detailing the package contents and value. Your country may impose import duty on your order. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. Please check with your local customs and excise agencies to find out what fees your country will charge.

If you place an international order or an order to Alaska/Hawaii without adding the additional shipping, an email will be sent to the paypal address associated with the paypal account used to place the order which will say the following:

"Thank you for your recent order. However, since your order requires international shipping, you'll need to make an additional payment of (Additional Amount) to cover the international shipping charges. To do this, go to this page:

and make a payment for (Additional Amount) and we'll be able to ship your order out to you. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks for your understanding."

If you receive this email, please follow the directions in the email and once your additional shipping payment is received, your order will be processed within 4 business days.
